Learn guitar like a true musician.

It’s easy to play the guitar. It’s hard to play real quality music on the guitar. In this course, students will pass the surface level strum-and-sing, and learn guitar as the instrument for creative and artistic expression that it is.

    • Chords - build a thorough database of contemporary chord structures, extensions, and deviations

    • Strumming - practice different methods of strumming on the guitar and learn how to choose the best options for each song 

    • Train your Ear - learn to recognize different chord progressions and music styles and mimic them in your own playing 

    • Picking - develop guitar picking techniques, including fingerpicking patterns, rhythm accompaniment, and melodic playing

    • Transpositions - transpose any song to any key with a few basic skills

    • Group lessons - our small groups allow for individual attention while presenting the benefits of a group such as group ensemble skills, peer motivation, and group exercises.

  • This course offers a comprehensive training in guitar playing technique and skills to bring you from beginner to advanced. Ideal for beginners to guitar who are committed to gaining high-level guitar instruction.

  • Students will leave with the knowledge necessary to play any song on the guitar, transpose it to any scale, and figure out strumming as well as fingerpicking patterns for them.

Bluma Rochel Gorelick

Bluma Rochel has been immersed in the world of music from a young age, studying guitar among other instruments through years of dedicated musical training including personal teaching instruction from Mrs. Tzippy Neuman. Gifted in both classical and contemporary styles on the guitar, Bluma Rochel brings a broad musical knowledge and refined artistry to her work. Her instruction involves a thoughtful, student-centered approach, combining patience with commitment and keen musical insight.
